ABOUT ME
Born
in Bancroft, Ontario, Canada. Animals, domesticated and wild,
have always surrounded me. Numerous lakes and acreage of forest
land have provided many wildlife close encounters for myself,
which ultimately inspired me to explore my artistic capabilities.
Pointillism is a style that was first used by the famous
artist George Seurat in the late 1800’s. It consists
strictly of tiny dots. I found the style challenging and very
rewarding upon completion.
I was honoured to receive Buckhorn Wildlife Awards and I
have sold numerous pieces. I now have incorporated graphite
into my pointillism wildlife to help create more of a three
dimensional look. Bancroft was recently awarded the most talented
town in Ontario and as a result I was chosen to be interviewed
and filmed for a TV Ontario special about Art Education.
Continually inspired by my family I will always pursue artwork
and strive to better my art.
